Login Issues
  1. How to Register
    • Download the iAugmentor application from iOS App Store/ Google Play Store using the link given by your organization.
    • Open the application.
    • Click the ‘I have a token’ option and enter the token provided.
    • Enter your name, valid email id and desired password to register.
    • Login - In case of organization with predefined user list, login with your official mail id and password (to be given by LM/Admin).

  2. Forgot Password
    • Open iAugmentor application.
    • Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ option.
    • Enter your registered email address.
    • Use the generated OTP sent to your registered email address and reset the password.
    • If you are still unable to access the account, kindly mail to us at sarah@iaugmentor.com.

  3. Forgot Registered Email ID (ONLY FOR PAID USERS)
    • Your official company email ID is usually the registered ID given.
    • If you are still not able to identify your registered account, kindly mail to us at sarah@iaugmentor.com

  4. Getting Error Message: Email ID does not exist
    • Ensure that you are clicking the ‘Login’ option on the main screen.
    • Check that you are using the registered email ID.
    • If you are still unable to access the account, kindly mail to us at sarah@iaugmentor.com

  5. Getting Error Message: No internet connection - Retry
    • Check that your internet connection is functional.
    • Close and restart the application.
    • Check if you are using the latest version of the application. If not, please update to the latest version iOS App Store/ Google Play Store.
    • If you are still unable to connect to the internet within the application, kindly mail to us at sarah@iaugmentor.com

  6. Unable to login (after using correct credentials)
    • Ensure that you are clicking the ‘Login’ option on the main screen.
    • If you are still unable to access the account, kindly mail us at sarah@iaugmentor.com.

Application Crash
  1. Application crash after login/clicking on assessment or quiz
    • Close and restart the application.
    • Check if you are using the latest version of the application. If not, please update to the latest version iOS App Store/ Google Play Store.
    • Make sure your internet connection is functional.
    • If you are still facing the same issue, kindly mail to us at sarah@iaugmentor.com.

  2. Blank white screen/ Frozen Loading Page
    • Close and restart the application.
    • Make sure that your internet connection is functional.
    • Check if you are using the latest version of the application. If not, please update to the latest version iOS App Store/ Google Play Store.

Understanding Score Card
  1. Learning on the platform will be considered as complete when -
    1. User has achieved Blue Diamond.

  2. A user will achieve the Blue Diamond when -
    1. Moved to Advanced level in each of the Parameters.
    2. Game attempts - 13
    3. Response to workplace scenarios - 4
    4. Accumulated 7,00,000 learning points.

  3. Moving up the Proficiency Index -
    1. Progression in the Proficiency Index -
      1. By default user is at the Beginner Level.
      2. User moves to Intermediate Level in a particular Parameter when he/she completes C1 level in 50% of the Tags.
        • When user reaches Intermediate Level he/she gets Bronze badge for that Parameter.
      3. User moves to Advanced Level in a particular Parameter when he/she completes C2 level in 50% of the Tags.
        • When user reaches Advanced Level he/she gets Silver badge for that Parameter.
      4. User moves to Expert Level in a particular Parameter when he/she completes C3 level in 50% of the Tags.
        • When user reaches Expert Level he/she gets Gold badge for that Parameter.
      5. Moving up the complexity level -
        • Achieving C1 - 4 times user has to correctly answer 50% of the questions displayed.
        • C1 to C2 - 4 times user has to correctly answer 50% of the questions displayed.
        • C2 to C3 - 4 times user has to correctly answer 50% of the questions displayed.

  4. Completion Criteria -
    1. Overall Learning - Achieve Blue Diamond
      1. Moved to Advanced level in each of the Parameters.
      2. Game attempts - 13
      3. Response to workplace scenarios - 4
      4. Accumulated 7,00,000 learning points.
    2. Blue Diamond is equivalent to
      1. Achieving the Pro Badge in all Modules in the Track.
      2. Accumulating 7,00,000 points.
    3. Module Level -
      1. User has achieved at-least Advanced Level in each Parameter in the Module.
      2. Novice Badge -
        • Achieve Intermediate Level in each of the learning areas.
        • Game attempts - 5
        • Response to workplace scenarios - 1
      3. Pro Badge -
        • Achieve Advanced Level in each of the learning areas.
        • Game attempts - 13
        • Response to workplace scenarios - 4
      4. Legend Badge -
        • Achieve Expert Level in each of the learning areas.
        • Game attempts - 25
        • Response to workplace scenarios - 9

REA
  • You will be shown a real life scenario from your work-place.
  • You have to respond to it.
  • You can give an Audio or Video response.
  • I will evaluate your response and benchmark you against the ideal response as well as the response I usually get.
  • I will tell you which areas you need to work on to improve.
  • You can also see an expert responding to the same scenario.
  • You will also get bonus points for responding to a scenario.
